Loftus Iron applied new powder coating to our iron deck & staircase railing. Within 6 months the railing showed signs of new rust in several places. The owner finally came out to take a look, and admitted that the prep for the powder coating had not been done properly. He offered to remedy the situation, but shortly thereafter he went completely silent and we never heard back from him again, even after multiple attempts. Poor quality job, terrible communication.
