The worst appraisal I've ever seen. We just did a refinance on our home. The Appraiser never stepped foot on our property. He valued our home at the same price as identical homes one block away. That value was what our home should have been at for a starting point because we then added 1,000 sf of new space to our home - expanded the basement, kitchen/dining areas, mud/laundry room and three season porch.
