I called them to get a quote to replace some carpet with hardwood floors. The new hardwood floors would butt up against an existing hardwood floors of 27 years. Although I hadn't previously noticed it, they showed me that the old floors had worn through the finish in certain areas, and recommended that I have them refinish those floors as well. That also solved the issue of the old and new coatings matching. They provided a detailed quote for each room, and the cost was very reasonable. They promptly got me on their schedule, finished the job timely, and the end product is absolutely lovely. I'm so glad that I used them and also glad that they recommended refinishing the existing floors. Now the old and the new matches beautifully, and I am as pleased as can be!
