We were way over charged for a furnace which cost $14300 . Our furnace didn’t start and it was very cold. I kept saying it sounded way too expensive. There was nothing unusual about this job. No asbestos. It was just a replacement of a 36 year old furnace. Other heating contractors said between $7000 and $8000 would be the fair price.

Bonfe has changed in the last few years. Many new hires with a major focus on selling additional services without understanding if there’s a need. Higher pressure to buy services. Additionally, Bonfe charges higher prices than the service we switched to.
