Our sales person/estimator Kris is very responsive and customer service oriented. Midwest Fence also provided the lowest estimate based on three bids we received. However, be sure to be involved in the install process as the original estimate and what was installed differed resulting in a higher cost than the original estimate. Not all of these extra feet of fence being installed were communicated to us. Also be sure to check with your neighbors on any fencing projects that may have planned and that involve the property line as I now have a fence in place based on the neighbor's old fence. After we installed our fence they decided to install a fence between our properties without telling us. Now we have a fence that is "out of place" making it more difficult to mow and trim on part of property.

We have used them several times over the years: From building a complete fence around the yard to making repairs as needed over time. They’ve been responsive and competent throughout.

Did a decent job with a fence replacement. Product was good and installation was prompt, but a few errors were made, including cutting my phone line, which had been located as required, and making an installation adjustment without my approval.
