During Covid 19 trying to get a residential electrician out for service means a typical wait time of 3-4 weeks. When I called Snyder, they offered to put me on a cancellation list — meaning that if a regularly scheduled customer in my area cancelled, or the work was completed ahead of schedule, they would call me and send a technician over to my house on short notice. Turns out, that’s exactly what happened. Fortunately, I was home to take the call and 45 minutes later David was at my door. This couldn’t have worked out any better. He resolved my problem, had a replacement part with him in the truck and when he was done he asked if there was anything else I needed. I asked if he would install a new dimmer switch in my dining room which I had bought but hadn’t put in. He said, sure, and in five minutes it was done. Who offers service like that anymore? This is a class outfit and I highly recommend them.
