Experienced and professional. Very happy with Jim's repair to our very old boiler.

We've been using them for 15 years. They've installed 3 mini spits and 1 boiler. They're advice is always right on and the price is a little below any competition. Highest rating.

Our hot water heating with radiators was making noises when the heat had been on for long period. It appeared that a heat sensor in the boiler was reading the temperature to be too high and was making audible ticking. Removing the front cover made the clicking stop. Perhaps, the sensor that determined that the gas was lit was "arguing" with the sensor that said that the burning gas was too hot. The person that Boeham sent had no understanding about the boiler sensors. He insisted to keep the cover off the burner so there was no clicking. His training was on installing low baseboard heaters with copper tubes with aluminum heat spreaders. He thought we should get rid of the original radiators in our 119 year old historic house.
