Put in wrong type of thermostat,, did not fix problem and recommended a new furnace installation. A different contractor came out and fixed the problem for a minimal amount. We have used Boehm for decades but the last 2 times have had serious issues with them. Saddens me because I used to know I had someone we could trust.

My very old furnace went out three times the week before Christmas and Boehm's service was exceptional. They came quickly, including early Saturday morning and again Saturday night, and got the old furnace running until a new furnace could be installed. Colby Boehm (our service tech and son of the current owners) was terrific - responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Just a pleasure to have around. It's nice to know you're in good hands when it comes to heat in Minnesota!
