We had an emergency on the coldest day of the year. Furnace would not start. It would start, but would then shut down. Boehm responded adequately and worked on the problem all day, claimed it was OK blamed the gas company for too low pressure, not true. But still came out the next day and in half day solved the problem. Whew! Boehm personnel were very conscentious!

Used Boehm before for other properties. They do a good job, maybe not as exhaustive as some other contractors in town but I am completely confident they installed the right product properly. Easy to work with as well.

I didn't notice I had a problem until after hours. He diagnosed my problem over the phone, and talked me out of coming over that night, because he was pretty sure he didn't have the part. Someone came over first thing in the morning, confirmed the diagnosis and got the information on the part I would need. Boehm only charged me for the second trip to install the part. Can't argue with that!
