When I asked for bids on replacing my furnace and air conditioner, they originally came in nearly $2,000 less than any other bid. But when I ask contacted them to do the work, they said that prices had gone up, and they needed to raise the bid nearly $2000. We eventually split the difference. The actual workmanship was extremely good.

I called and got an appointment within days. They called the morning of and apologized and said they had three techs call in sick and would be a couple of hours late. The tech did then show up on time and figured out the problem with our thermostat. Although he couldn't fix it because it required a me to purchase an item that wasn't a part of our actual system, I now know what I need to do. If it works, it sure beats buying a new thermostat.

Like most all of these firms, MSP Plumbing and Heating charges little for inspections and much for repairs. None the less, the work is good and I have had no issues with them.
