First, they did a solid job fixing my car. I am very happy with the work. But their pricing was off. I got 3 bids via phone/email for a big job. 1 was $2600, 1 was $1900, and the other was $1700-$1900. I chose the 3rd because they also had high customer satisfaction ratings. And I realize bids can change when they actually see the car. However, I was straight forward with year, make & model of car, and EXACTLY what needed to be done... 2 parts and labor. When I brought my car in, and they called us, the bid for EXACTLY the parts and labor suddenly became $2100. Now I'm not saying that's outrageous... but they don't know my circumstances, and $200-$400 cost increase for doing EXACTLY what I wanted was unfortunate and disappointing. Again... SOLID work... I may or may not return in the future.

Solved problems looked at by other dealer who did not fix it, but charged a lot and gave advice on what to expect as possible trouble area with our old car in coming year. Very satisfied and now switched future car care to them.
