Like many centers, some staff are amazing & others are less so. None of them were awful. Unfortunately, the awesome ones don't stay long. One point of concern, the infant room has highchairs directly under the diaper changing area (or at least it did in 2014), so babies were out sick with diarrhea a LOT.
