Paul Allen gave extremely good service even on a modest problem (water damage from leaky faucet). They quickly diagnosed the situation and engaged in productive discussion of options, including if and how insurance would be involved.

We had a guy(Jared Voegele) to our house to look at a small room that had been smoked in for several years. He examined it, took photos, & estimated the repairs would cost $2000. or less. We wrote a check for $250. to get a written quote, & that came back $5500.+! Essentially, we're out $250. for work that'll never happen. What a ripoff!
