The spring for our garage door broke when I was overseas. I had reached out to a number of garage-door installers and repair companies in the area and Rise and Shine was the most response. While they have emergency services, we scheduled the visit two days away. Rise and Shine makes it easy to keep in communication sending alerts when the technician is on the way. You can make requests and communicate with the company by phone, SMS, and Yelp. They provide their 29-point inspection document with photographs. The technician gave us several options for repairs or new doors. Everything was communicated clearly and he didn't push us towards more expensive options. We went with repairs and he was able to make them the same day. Pricing was about what I expected. Not the cheapest, but reasonable. The convenience, clear communication, and lack of pressure for more expensive options make paying a little bit more worth it. Overall, I am very happy with their service and will definitely recommend them to other and they will be the first place I call for any future garage-door repairs or replacements.
