We had to replace our original mortgage service with PCU (Ideal Credit Union) in a pinch, and PCU (ICU) came through. In fact, they were amazing at the speed at which they could process our mortgage to the extent that impressed our seasoned realtor. Communication was prompt, interest rate was great, and everything wrapped up as promised. We will recommend PCU/ICU to anyone who is considering obtaining a mortgage.
