This place is usually packed, and if you try to use the Hold My Place feature it only lets you do that for certain conditions. If you have something outside those but not worthy of the ER, you have to show up in person and hope for the best. Otherwise the care provided is excellent, although they are usually behind schedule due to the overload so you sit in a room for awhile.
