The glasses I bought were not cheap (poor eyesight contributes to that) but they have been quite comfortable to wear. I haven't found assembly to be sloppy and the frames have handled a surprising amount of punishment. I did notice the anti-reflective coating suffered some scratches even while using microfiber cloths as recommended. But, well, I could see around them and it had been well more than a year since I got the glasses.
When the frames broke, though, in an unreinforced and high-flex spot, I was surprised to find out they were guaranteed for two years -- and so were the lenses. Even better, my eyeglasses were still in warranty! Service was prompt and friendly. Everyone I've worked with there has been great. I will be back the next time I need new glasses.
