Extremely poor communication once job was started. Very hard to reach a competent person in a timely manner. A flat roof, not intended to be replaced, was not adequately protected from ladders, foot traffic, falling debris. Large bubbles under some areas of a new flat roof. Sloped roofs had uneven shingles, flashings were wavy, crooked. Gutter straps installed on top of shingles, rather than the standard method of underneath. Soffit vent fell out and took months for them to replace.

Hired contractor to perform typical roof shingle and gutter replace. Project took 14 months to complete. Because job was paid out of pocket and not insurance paid, project timeline was not a priority. Work product was adequate, however Project team could not and would not communicate schedule to me at all. I had to act as the one asking when schedule would happen. Terrible communication and this poor service.

I wanted to get a local company for a rental property and looked at the reviews. Had a positive initial experience, but then they fired that guy. They convinced me to keep working them and then ghosted me. Haven't responded despite the last four contacts. Just once per month looking for any kind of update. No response. Nothing. I suspect when they realized my insurance wouldn't pay for windows the job didn't make enough money so they bailed. Don't bother these guys.
