We had an issue with water pooling near our house, filling a window well and leaking into the basement. We consulted with several contractors and the solution recommended by Jordan made sense to us. we went ahead with a series of three French drains with an exit towards the back of the yard, but it didn’t solve the problem. Using the warranty, we had some revisions made to the system twice, but the water continued to get into the window well in basement. We finally decided to get help from another contractor who found a major error in the catch basin that allowed water to freely drain out the back towards our house rather than going forward into the French drain. So though things looked good upfront The problem was not solved due to a mistake, and it was a waste of time and money.
