Accurately Controlled Environments (ACE) installed a 5 ton evaporator at a competitive price during a time of supply chain shortages in September 2021. The installation was top quality and completed by Harry who is knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. My son requested "Emergency Service" on weekend. They charged "Time & Half" for weekend work IN ADDITION TO $50.00 "Emergency Call" charge. Then, since they failed to have the required part for heater, they installed a "Bandaid" part to tide him over until the Bona Fide part came in. It's been more than 1 wk's time and still waiting for them to return and install the Bona Fide part.
