Technician that they sent to my home was inexperienced. Went out to the truck to get a part to repair a leak in my 22 month heater and came back with a zip tie! Said check it in a week and call back if still leaking!

This company is pure chaos. Their maintenance contracts are rather inexpensive, but they make up for it by always trying to sell you something. And when they do need to replace something, their charges are $$$. Their customer service is horrendous - they kept calling me on my landline even though I begged them countless times to change it to my cell. They couldn't manage this, and when I did write a review they said they couldn't find me in their customer database even though I had used them for 20 years. What a mess.
