Worked quietly and neatly, walked me through the new system and made sure I understood maintenance, went out of their own service area to do my install because family members in their service area had recommended them. We had a limited budget, they really worked hard to give us a good unit that would suit the building (and it's limitations) and make sure we were taken care of for many years to come.

From the initial load calculations to the installation they were first class. They took their time.Only complaint was sawdust left from adding new duct work but if I needed to I'd use them again.
