We worked with BC Stone through Home Depot (Annapolis) for our kitchen remodel. There was some serious miscommunication between Home Depot and BC Stone (and us) which threatened a major delay in the delivery of the countertops. I was very unhappy and made my views known to everyone I talked to in their office. Apparently, this small family owned company keeps in good touch with all of their employees because the owner called me to rectify the situation. I was very impressed with his concern for our problem and his response was very good and ended up only delaying the project for a couple of days rather than over a month! Their measurements were done very well and the cabinets were installed perfectly. They are beautiful and I have been enjoying my new kitchen and its beautiful quartz countertops for months!
