My loan was sold to this company, which must be the worst mortgage lender ever. They repeatedly apply my extra payments to future months rather than to principal in spite of my emphatic instructions. They gave me a hard time about my insurance, which had been promptly paid. They keep contacting me to refinance with them even after I informed them I was in the process of refinancing more to get away from them than to get the lower rate. The ONLY good thing I can say about them is that they do have a good website for tracking your loan. It helped me see how they were trying to screw me.
