Recently refinanced my home and consolidated my debts with them. It was an ok experience. I really had no problems. However they are a tad slow in their processing of my refinance. But that didn't bother me, could make a difference to some. They give me an excellent rate. However one thing I didn't like was they pass my loan off to another provider before I even made a payment. Don't think I like that and if I were to ever refinance again, that would be a major consideration on using them again. However, the people I received service from were great. I also liked very much the fact my closing was done in my own home.
