The customer service advisors are wonderful, as is the mechanical work Not explaining the cost of a repair led to my price-shock at delivery. Fortunately this is very rare.

I brought my less than 4-year-old X5 in for service and was told that it was out of warranty, which it wasn't but the [new] service advisor insisted that the warranty had expired last year and that I would have to pay for the repair. I left and had it repaired at another BMW dealership - under full warranty. Goodbye BMW of Alexandria.
