Beyer Subaru has been taking care of my cars for two decades now. I value their expertise and their candor when evaluating problems. Not every shop will say "no problem ... nothing to fix" - but they do. An excellent way to build trust!

I took my Subaru to the local dealer because the low tire pressure light wouldn't go off. They guessed which tire was the cause. Wrong. They tried again. Wrong. They replaced (under warranty) the master control circuit board. Wrong. On about the fourth or fifth try they fixed the problem. Then they sent me a bill for over $400. To their credit, after I complained about what a circus the experience was, they cancelled the bill. Never again. When I need a Subaru dealer's repair shop, I drive 25 miles to Stohlman's in Tysons.
