Repairs done right and at a reasonable price. You can trust Ken and his group to do the repairs correctly. He doesn't play "gotcha" to an unsuspecting customer.

On June 24, 2014, I took in my car because my AC did not work. I brought the car in for the day, and old him I do not. think it needs a Freon charge, as my AC suddenly stopped working. I told him I was concerned about being charged for a Freon refill, only to have the problem persist. He told me later in the day that my AC was out of Freon, that he filled it with Freon (1.5 lbs), did a leak test, and everything was fine, and if there was a problem, that I should tell them. Unfortunately, on June 30, I noticed that my AC was no longer working. I called him on July 1, and I told him the problem, and I brought the car in for the day. Late in the afternoon, he (Kent Taylor) told me that an o-ring was the problem, and it would cost $266 to fix. I told him I did not want him to do the work if my AC was not going to be working shortly, as I wanted the fix to last til October. He urged me to have it fixed, and he did the work, and now a week later (today July 8), the AC no longer works. I am out $383, have had a lot of aggravation, my AC still does not work, and I feel ripped off. I am afraid to talk to him and/or bring the car back in because I am afraid he will find something else to fix, charge me more money, and have the AC stop working a week later again. This guy has turned into someone who is good at ringing the cash register, but very deficient in wanting to solve the customer's auto problems. He used to be rated great by Checkbook, but even now Checkbook indicates he is pricey compared to many of his peers. Caveat Emptor.
