Great service great customer experience

I have taken two vehicles to MB of Alexandria for many years. Over time, the promptness and ability to receive timely information from the service advisor/staff has diminished to almost zero. While I believe the work has been good over the years, the customer service is terrible and I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
