I’ve used Steve for many years. Service is excellent although it may take time to schedule an appointment.

I was thinking about taking my car here based on the reviews. When I tried to make an appointment, I found out I had to leave a $50 deposit. The owner had several strict rules about keeping the deposit and the money paid for the repair estimate. I did go ahead and make the appointment and paid the $50 fee, but then I decided to cancel. He refunded the fee, but there was a limited time to request a refund for the canceled appointment. I canceled because the rules felt overwhelming, and I didn’t find him particularly friendly.
