They changed to oil in my Nissan just fine. On my car (Porsche), they told me the engine air filter needed to be replaced for the 2 yr service...I later found out Porsche requires it at the 4 yr service...so that cost me $400-$500 that I didn't need to spend (my car only has 4,300 miles). They were also supposed to replace the brake fluid...after not hearing from them for 8 hours I called and they said they couldn't replace the brake fluid as they didn't have the needed equipment. This shop advertises as European car specialists...

Didn't inform me they had to order oil filter. Almost 2 hrs oil change with a appointment.

I brought the car in with a complaint about front-end noise. After an $1100 "fix," the noise was still there and quite obvious to anyone but a deaf person. They replaced wheel bearings (which no doubt needed replacement) but ignored the actual source of the noise, which was front struts. So . . . I took the car back for front struts replacement. Without mentioning price, they did the job . . . for another $1200+! When I complained, they immediately knocked off $100. Even with that, though, I won't be back--EVER!
