Del-Ray Glass

Took 4 tries to fabricate and install glass. Firm discounted the cost of the project, but it took months longer than anticipated as a result of incorrect measurements.

After a good experience about ten years ago with a piece of glass for a picture frame, I contacted Del-Ray to fabricate a bathroom vanity glass counter with integrated sink. In the first conversation, they said they definitely did that kind of work. I spent a week going back and forth with Duane, the sales representative, concerning the dimensions, color, edging, etc. When I didn't hear back with a price, I contacted Duane. His response was that the project was not "not in their scope of work" and that they didn't have the resources to do the project and that they "don't do sinks." This was a waste of my time - I could have been seeking a quote from another company.
