Recommended
Used NOVA Exteriors for replacement of an entrance door, and installation of a storm door. From the selection of the doors, to the installation, everyone at NOVA have been friendly, honest, and efficient. The installers did a outstanding job, and we have already gotten compliment on how the doors look. Will be using them again in the near future for window replacement.

The representative was very thorough in reviewing choices and costs, giving pros and cons of each choice. The wait for the things ordered was a little long, but that may be due to the impact of the pandemic. The work was done properly the first time. Overall, a little expensive but very well done.

Within months the entry doors and security doors I had installed had rusted, paint finishes were stained and moldy, weatherstripping and hinges had failed. The company didn't even bother to respond to my calls.
