I the office and they said one of the repairmen was in the area and they would send him as soon as he was done. Charles showed up within an hour. He attempted to fix my problem, but soon diagnosed the problem as faulty sensors. He replaced the sensors, rewired the installation and even swept out the garage. The service was timely, friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend A-1.

This small, local company is a pleasure to deal with -- from the moment Abby took my call and scheduled the work through the courteous professionalism of the Charles the technician who installed a new seal to the bottom of our two-car garage and lubricated the garage door mechanism at no extra charge.

Very cheery when answered the phone. Set an appointment for next morning. Tech right on time. My problem would not happen when he was here but he did a few adjustment and lubricated. Later that day the problem showed up again and he came back. One of the sensers was weak and would stop the door randomly. Replaced sensor all good. Would be a great world if all service companies worked like them. *****
