We had a bad experience with this provider. Scheduling the service was ok, although the person seemed a bit scattered (although friendly). When they showed up for service, though, the workers didn't speak much English and didn't know what we wanted done. We had a long list, some of which was not straight forward. I had gone over all this when scheduling, but the information didn't get shared. There was a lot of confusion working on the tasks. What they did was fine, but they couldn't do a lot of it, and even what they did took a while because they didn't have the proper tools (since they didn't know what to expect). At one point I was on the phone with the owner, standing in front of the handyman at our house, trying to get some sort of communication between the three of us. Ultimately they left without finishing all the tasks. We also had trouble settling the bill, questions about what had been paid and what service was done. The bill was finally resolved satisfactorily, but it took a while.
