Jose was over the top outstanding. I met him because he was working at my neighbor's house. I got a good review from the neighbor, so I hired him to renovate my basement. He had great ideas for sprucing the place up. Better ideas than the other contractors who came by. I had to wait about 6 weeks for him to be available but once he was in the house he worked quickly. I never had the feeling that he abandoned me to work on another project. His work was top quality. His workers were diligent about keeping things clean in the workspace and controlling dust in the home (there was a bunch of drywall work which could make life in the house miserable). Drywall, painting, flooring, windows and the replacement of a sink. Now comes the extra value part. He discovered a broken sewage pipe in my basement. We had had a problem of water appearing at random times in our basement and for years we could not figure out what was going on. We had other contractors in here to try and fix it. Jose found the problem and at first offered to repair it. Then he changed his mind when he thought it best to use a plumber for what could be a complicated job. I brought in a plumber who did a great job as well, but they don’t do drywall. Jose came back and repaired the drywall (which he had just painted the week before) and did not charge me extra. I love me some Jose.
