The Harry Braswell Concierge (repair and handyman) team recently finished repairing wall cracks in our home. This job included drywall, plaster, and cinderblock wall repair and painting. We're very pleased with the work that Ricky, Dicky, and Wilson did. They're clearly professional, experienced and tidy, which we really appreciated. We would give 5 stars for that part of the job. However, communicating with Harry Braswell Concierge was dicey at best both before the job started and after it was completed. We repeatedly had to ask for details about what to expect and the start and end dates, and final payment information. We only stuck with the effort because the team was highly recommended by a respected source. We highly recommend the workers with this team for wall repairs and painting; hopefully, with better communications from the office.
