Outstanding Customer Service! And a parts department that seems to have everything along with staff who help you find the right one!

Small old fashioned hardware store where you can find what you need with great guidance. Prices on par maybe slightly more but the advice and availability worth it. We did get grill from them and price was standard and was delivered in one piece and took away old one with no extra charge

This is still a very welcome hardware store in our area, but it is not as fully responsive or fully restocked on some items as it was when still operated by the original owner who managed a truly great independent mid-sized hardware store. Since 2022 it has become part of a large hardware chain and while it retains much of the atmosphere of the privately owned store it, it doesn't project quite the same standard.
