Mark's staff did very good work on repairing and staining my 30-year small deck. But he is VERY expensive. I chose his company because he had a current Virginia contractor's license per the DPOR site and provided a written itemized quote. Other contractors did not have a current license or were supposed to be licensed through another business, but that business's license was long expired. Or one licensed contractor with good reviews just sent me a text message quote with a total. No written proposal or line items in the text. Text message quote guy said he was going to use Benjamin Moore for much less. I was tired of trying to find another contractor before the weather got too cold and falling leaves are a big issue for my deck, so I selected Mark Meredith. But I probably paid about $600 too much. Also, Meredith's foreman was going to use a Behr deck stain, but I insisted they get a Sherwin Williams stain which just happened to be on sale that week. Mark readily agreed with no hassle. He is a good businessman, and I am happy with the excellent work.

Mark Meredith has done a variety of projects around my house, including renovation of my first floor and retrofit of my master bath, and I could not be more pleased with the work. It simply doesn’t get any better than this. With nearly 40 years construction experience, there isn’t anything that he can’t handle. The crew that has worked on my house has been outstanding. The quality of work exceeds anything that I have ever seen in any home. I would like to recognize in particular the foreman Gerson, who is a guardian angel and has done so much for me.

Mark met and exceeded our expectations. He has responded to our requests for estimates quickly. His proposals provided a thorough project description including schedule, pricing, and materials. His team treated our home and belongings with care and completed the work on schedule.
