We used DomestiCall360 on the recommendation of a neighbor. For their first visit, we were told they would do a "deep clean" at an hourly rate, then would charge a set rate afterward based on number of rooms, etc. They arrived within the hour range we were told. I was just finishing taking a shower, they were told that by my wife, but nonetheless started their work in my bedroom (there were other rooms where they could have started), making my getting dressed difficult. After twice being told to take care vacuuming carpets that have hand knotted fringe on the ends, the cleaner responded that their vacuum cleaner was not powerful so not to worry - not a good way to address the issue or to assure us that their cleaning tools were efficient. After they left, we checked for performance and found that their "deep clean" was less satisfactory than our previous cleaners' regular performance - dust remained in various places that clearly had not been cleaned but should have, a counter around a bathroom sink remained untouched, some furniture cushions had been straightened but others not, and marks remained on floors that we later removed simply with a damp paper towel. The time for which we were charged was slightly more than the time they were here, and that time included the lunchtime of at least one of the cleaners. We paid for the service and sent an email to the company alerting them to the performance issues and have heard nothing since. We are about to try another company.

We have used Domesticall for almost 20 years. We appreciated the personal service from Hildy and her staff. Not quite as sure with new ownership - but we still have the same cleaners who we trust completely and appreciate greatly - nice to have the same cleaners who know our place for years.
