This has become my go-to painting contractor. I've used him for three major projects the past couple of years, with outstanding results on all: restoration and repainting of 250 ft of iron railing, repainting exterior of my house with restoration of large areas of hardboard siding that was warped and deteriorating, and replacement of landscape timber beds and stairways that turned out to also require a lot of concrete footing replacement. The owner, Marco Fuentes, is outstanding to work with. The jobs were carefully estimated with detailed discussion of what would be required. Pricing was fair and proposals prompt and detailed. The crew arrived each morning on time and ready to work. The work was very well done and crews had the needed expertise in carpentry and concrete work as well as painting. Mr. Fuentes came by every day to check on the crew, oversee the quality, and guide them, as needed. He has an incredible eye for detail and precision. If something was even slightly off, he made the crew go back over an area until it was correct. The work areas were left neat and spotless, and each job was finished with a detailed walk-through to make sure I was completely satisfied.

We have used Marco and his team for many years and have always been pleased. The recent paint job is great and they also hung shelving, plus power washed our large stone patio. Again, another wonderful job!

Marco and his crew just finished their 3rd painting project for us and, once again, we could not be more pleased with the quality, professionalism, expertise, care and cost of their work. We really appreciate Marco's responsiveness from start to finish and we like that he sends us a detailed estimate before the work starts and updates us when we ask for additional work. We appreciate that his guys, led by his foreman Erick, work hard to keep our home clean and protected throughout their work and they clean up really well. Most impressive, everyone on the crew works hard and diligently. With the completion of this project, we've used Millennim USA to paint our entire home and we have been pleased with each of the 3 times Marco has agreed to work for us.
