Expensive but worth it

I have been using Dr. Melanie Smith for over twenty years. She saw us through the lives and death of both of our bassets, showing superior knowledge of the breed's needs. We now are using her for a very anxious reactive mix breed rescue. Her staff has helped us in obtaining a third party supply for the needed antianxiety medication at a lower cost than if they special ordered it for us. They have changed their checking procedures in face of the new canine respiratory illness, having one wait in the car with the pet while they sanitize the exam rooms between uses, to ensure there can be no exposure.
