We've found them wonderful to work with, trustworthy, and their excellent assessments and repairs are one of the reasons we're able to keep our cars for decades. So thankful for them.

When several dashboard warning lights came on suddenly, out of urgency/desperation, we took our 2013 Prius V to the closest repair shop (Craftsman McLean) for a diagnosis. Sure enough they gave us a lengthy and very expensive estimate. Fortunately we were able to get the car to Kim's Auto Services in a few days. It was a substantial job but costed far less than Craftsman's quote (which included unnecessary fixes). Thank you so much to Checkbook, as always. Just found ourselves a new repair shop!
