In my 80 yrs of life, I've owned a lot of vehicles & had them serviced all over the US. I wasn't sure what to expect when I took my Transit AWD to Malloy Ford for service. Wow! After several services over the past year, in my opinion, they are the 'best of the best'! Trey Dimsey is Service Mgr; James McDowell is Lane Mgr & Ford truck service mgr. They are honest, ethical, straight shooters; reasonable prices--no surprises; and FREE concierge pickup/delivery of your vehicle if you want it. My Transit mechanic is Michael Payne, who is a tech & diagnostic wizard. In my experience, this team is dedicated to excellence in customer service. BTW: I have no conflict of interest in submitting this review: no financial interest/benefits from Malloy Ford; I never knew any of these folks prior to taking my Transit there for service starting in 2023. I'm just grateful for them.

My work was under warranty but I was impressed with the staff and organization of the service lane and checkout (paper work). Work was started and completed on time and having purchased the vehicle there I was provided a loaner. The personnel took the time to discuss the work before and after it was done to be sure I understood and then followed up a few days later. These days, I'm looking for quality work and clear communication. I will be going back for routine maintenance on my vehicles.
