I wanted to add a display of Italian cookies and cannoli for my daughter's wedding and happily sampled goodies from the area when I found Bisnonna Bakeshop on-line (https://bisnonnabakeshop.com/). They had all the cookies I remembered from my childhood in the Philadelphia area and the samples were delicious. The Italian Flag cookies had the right combo of sweetness and dark chocolate and the Pignoli had great almond flavor. The Lemon Ricotta cookies were a real find, not seen since my childhood. Best of all were the cannoli in classic flavors (my favorite has to be the ones dipped in pistachios), but the baker also adds a modern touch with flavors that are definitely new to the cannoli world. Try the Nutella cannoli. The baker arrived at the wedding venue and set up everything in a display that was like a magnet for the guests after dinner. Great service and great cookies.
