The remodeling experience for our two bathrooms (one from the 1930s, one from the 1970s) was excellent. The design made effective use of small and awkwardly shaped spaces. Communication from GNA was responsive and clear. The project manager (TJ) and coordinator (Tyler) were great at explaining necessary work, providing updates, and developing options for changes and addressing the (inevitable) unexpected site issues including replacement of old pipes that arose from the age of the bathrooms’ wiring and plumbing. The work crews (Primo and Joel, Alber and Danny) did excellent work and the finished bathrooms look sharp and stylish. They were attentive to detail and careful to minimize dust and disruption. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the improvements in appearance, accessibility, and functionality. We highly recommend GNA.

We recently had both our kitchen and bathroom remodeled and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning the pricing was clear, reasonable, and competitive compared to other companies we considered. What really stood out is that they use their own in-house crews rather than subcontractors - which made a big difference in the quality and consistency of the work. The project was completed on schedule (which is rare in remodeling) and the team kept everything moving smoothly without unnecessary delays. The craftsmanship in both rooms shows real attention to detail, and they were respectful of our home throughout the process. Their warranty also gave us peace of mind, knowing they stand behind their work if anything comes up later. Overall, the combination of fair pricing, skilled crews, timely completion, and a solid warranty makes this company one I’d absolutely recommend to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel. We'll definitely call them for our next project in a few years.

I used GNA for a complete remodel of a condominium in Arlington in 2022. They stand behind their work and the warranties of the products they installed. I continue to be very pleased with their workmanship and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
