I'm a recent convert to Jim's. After getting my car dealer-serviced for 12+ years, I came here because the dealer wanted about $700 for what seemed like a simple repair. Jim's not only performed the repair for significantly less, but also took the time to explain how the mechanism in question works, why it wears out, and what to expect in the future. I was also pleasantly surprised that they were able to obtain the parts and perform the repair in such a reasonably-short period of time.
