I bought my vehicle here (Q7) and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but a lot of trust was shattered over several visits. In one of my first visits, I simply needed a oil and change and new windshield wipers. When I drove off the lot and onto Columbia Pike, my oil light went on! I returned to the shop and then watched down as the service technician opened up the hood and put more oil into the car. I could tell how much but it was not a little. Given that the vehicle has an automatic sensor it was clear that the oil either was not changed or they never bothered to check whether they put the right amount in. To cap it off, when I got home I found the windshield wipers in my back seat, uninstalled. On another occasion, i had full service done according to Audi manual. I asked them whether everything was done when I came for my car, including the road test which was explicitly represented to be done. They assured me everything checked out -- but then when I got to my car I check the odometer and determined (since I had written the number down when I left the car) that it was impossible for them to have driven the car anywhere. In short, I can trust what they tell me has been done or not done.

We acquired a new Audi here in late 2021. The car's electronics weren't properly set up at the time we took delivery, so multiple return trips were required. As we were executing the paperwork, the dealership attempted to tack on a "chip shortage fee" equal to 25% of the car's value. In the 2+ years we've had the car, there have been five general managers at this dealership, plus constant turnover in the service staff. We've had repeated problems getting warranty service: on multiple occasions, they've either failed to honor service appointments at all, or have not been able to complete all of the scheduled work. This has caused wasted time and a great deal of unnecessary frustration. We're very unhappy with Audi of Arlington, and do not recommend.
