I can’t recommend this company. I had the wall tile and tub removed from master bath and replaced with a tiled walk-in shower. After using the walk-in shower there was a water leak coming from the wall because sealant wasn’t used around the grab bar. I replaced the vanity and that was installed incorrectly and it was too late to tear that out and start over. About 15 years ago I had porcelain floor tile installed in both my master bath and hall bathroom. The tile was in perfect condition except for some grout staining. The contractor asked if I wanted to redo the grout and I said yes. Instead of the light colored grout that was there, they used a dark grey color and the grout work is an absolute MESS. Plus the floor tile in both the master bath and hall bathroom are covered in nicks and large scratches. I don’t know whether to cry or throw things. I had my bathroom doors replaced. They hung the doors using the wrong sized hinges and the door frames are a mess. I also had them repaint the kitchen, and hall and master bathroom. The painting was sub-par and there were paint spots everywhere that I needed to scrape off. There was some other work that needed touching up but I told them I would do it myself. I will now need to pay money to get my doors rehung - correctly and to find someone who can repair my bathroom floor tile if possible. I’m just plain mad.
