I gave a prior review on their excellent service. But yesterday, Nova Ponds went above and beyond service. My Spring cleaning was at the end of the month but I was having trouble with the pump. I called and asked to rescedule. The response, I have a crew in your area and will send someone in the next hour to fix it. They came, they fixed it within an hour. Nove Ponds provides great service.
