I recently hired Mr. Otis to do brick repair on my wall and mortar repair on my patio, and I am very pleased with the results. From the beginning, he was quick to respond and straightforward in his communication, making the entire process hassle-free. The quality of his work was excellent, and he completed the repairs efficiently. His expertise in brick and mortar repair was evident, and he took great care to ensure everything was done properly. Additionally, Mr. Otis's pricing was fair and transparent. If you need brick or mortar repairs, I highly recommend Mr. Otis. His professionalism, skill, and reliable service make him an excellent choice.

Never knew when he would show up. Said the job at a rental house was completed. I mailed a check to his office. Then I inspected the work, and it needed major clean-up. He phoned me at 8AM on a Saturday to say he was at the house and wanted me to come over immediately to show him what needed to be done. I told him it was obvious and I wasn't planning to drop everything to come over. He said the check I had mailed never arrived. He said there was no need to put a stop payment on that check seeing it would probably come back to me. He wanted a new check immediately. I declined. Two hours later I heard a pounding at my door. I didn't open the door. When the bank confirmed that the previous check had been stopped, I wrote a new check, had him come by and put the check in his hand. I will never do business with him again.
