I have used them on multiple occasions. They have fixed watches that other places could not fix or for which other places wanted an excessive amount of money. AWW diagnosed the problem with my 20-year Movado that another place could not fix on multiple tries. Most recently I took my mother's 1980s-era Rolex there after another repair place quoted her a repair cost of several thousands of dollars. AWW diagnosed the issue, provided advice on options and were able to fix it at a cost of $800 (for watch worth more 10x that when repaired). I highly recommend.

Had to bring antique Omega watch back three times for re-repair after original repair. Understand they are one of the few authorized Omega repair businesses in the area.
